Branding

This identity for the MoMA exhibition, Pirouette, translates the transformative power of design into
an experimental graphic language. Utilizing Shigetaka Kurita’s emojis and circular motifs from Spanx,
I synthesized fragmented elements into a unified system. High-density modular squares and "vertigo" circles evoke a sensory "twist," mirroring how unconventional solutions reshape experience.
This project demonstrates my ability to translate complex curatorial narratives into bold, rhythmic visuals.

002— COOKBOOK:Sugar, Salt & Someone

Book Design

Sugar, Salt & Someone is an original cookbook featuring ten "5-step" recipes paired with intimate life narratives. This project explores self-love through the ritual of simple cooking. The visual identity uses a vibrant, systematic layout with linear illustrations.
I developed a rigorous typography system centered on "5" and "S," balancing a neat grid with emotive storytelling to harmonize appetite and identity.

003— Brand Campaign “BOUNCE SPEAKS U” For CASETiFY

Fashion Campaign

The "BOUNCE SPEAKS U" campaign for Casetify Travel re-imagines luggage as a medium for self-expression. Focusing on fitness, photography, music, and skateboarding, I integrated products into high-energy scenes through playful compositing. Rhythmic "strip decorative elements" enhance the continuous motion, echoing the brand’s vibrant DNA. This project demonstrates my ability to merge functional travel products with an emotive narrative through high-contrast, multi-format visuals.

004— Trancense Packaging & Identity

Packaging

This project establishes a visual identity for Tracense Inc., a conceptual brand centering on a multisensory "reset." Featuring unique bracket-shaped packaging, the design symbolizes a spiritual habitat for self-exploration. I engineered custom die-cuts for the Texture Ball, Breathing Vial, and Versatile Filters, utilizing a text-driven minimalist system. This collection transforms ordinary objects into premium sensory rituals through rigorous material logic and functional elegance.

005— Cafe Identity

Branding

Nori-Cl is a NYC conceptual cafe merging "Nori" with the chemical symbol for salt, "NaCl." The visual identity is anchored by a minimalist system inspired by the "5-7-5" Haiku structure. I developed a signature "folded corner" motif—a geometric abstraction of seaweed—creating a consistent tactile language across branding. This project balances poetic narrative with rigorous functional design, transforming a unique culinary concept into a cohesive lifestyle world.

006— Film Poster Series

Graphic Design

This poster series translates Yuki Tanada’s intimate narratives into radical minimalism. Adhering to "No Image" constraints, I utilized typography and basic geometric shapes to construct detailed, illustration-like compositions through precise layering. The juxtaposition of Helvetica and Bodoni mirrors the dialogue between modern life and subtle emotion.

007— Banff Marathon Identity

Branding

This identity for the Banff Marathon harmonizes iconic natural beauty with high-octane athleticism. Utilizing high-saturation palettes and glacial-inspired gradients, the design reflects Banff’s dynamic melting ice and shimmering lakes. The core logotype—a kinetic transformation of the letter "B" into a runner—bridges the city’s identity with the race's rhythmic motion. This bold system challenges "quiet" stereotypes, presenting Banff as a vibrant destination of active endurance.
